Mr. Suri brings more than 23 years of consulting industry leadership, technology expertise, and executive management experience to his role with the company. Mr. Suri is responsible for leading all corporate, business and client delivery operations for the company and for developing and executing Dfuse’s long-term strategy for growth.
Mr. Suri has had a long and successful career delivering technology-focused consulting services to Fortune 500 companies and the Federal Government. His customers include a broad range of markets including financial services, Internet service providers, non-profit and the Public Sector.
Mr. Suri earned an Associates of Science and Bachelor’s of Science from Strayer University in Computer Information Systems and a Master’s of Science in Computer Science from the George Mason University. He passed out of Strayer University as Summa Cum Laude.
Mr. Suri’s interests include finance, golf, traveling and acting.
Mr. Garcia is a distinguished business and technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading strategic growth and delivery across Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, National Security, and Health IT agencies. As Chief Growth Officer, he is responsible for refining and executing our corporate growth strategy.
Renowned for his hands-on leadership, Mr. Garcia excels in converging IT market dynamics with comprehensive digital strategies that empower organizations to thrive in an ever-evolving technological landscape. His areas of specialization include digital strategy, modern software development, data science, artificial intelligence/machine learning (AI/ML), cloud computing, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
Prior to joining Dfuse, Mr. Garcia served as a Senior Vice President at Digital Management, LLC where he played a pivotal role in leading the company through its successful recapitalization in 2021. Mr. Garcia has also held numerous executive and senior leadership roles at companies such as Lockheed Martin and Janus Research Group where he was responsible for leading both growth and delivery for large, transformational IT and engineering programs. Prior to joining the private sector, Mr. Garcia served as a U.S. Army Civilian supporting the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) and U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC).
Mr. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from George Mason University and completed his MBA with Summa Cum Laude distinction at the Keller Graduate School of Management. He is also an ITIL certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and an HDI Certified Support Center Manager (HDI-SCM). Mr. Garcia is also recognized by Lockheed Martin and the Black Engineer of the Year Awards (BEYA) Conference as a Modern Day Technology Leader.
Mr. Tao is a seasoned growth executive with over 25 years of experience in the federal IT contracting sector. Throughout his career, he has consistently led high-impact business development and capture efforts in support of mission-critical government programs. As Chief Growth Officer, Mr. Tao directs enterprise-wide initiatives to expand the company’s footprint across key federal markets, guiding the development and execution of strategic growth plans that align with agency priorities and customer needs.
Mr. Tao is known for his ability to forge trusted partnerships across industry and government, architect winning capture strategies, and lead teams through the full business development lifecycle—from shaping and qualification to proposal and award. His expertise in market and competitive intelligence, opportunity analysis, and cross-functional team leadership has played a central role in sustaining organic growth and continued expansion into new mission areas.
Prior to Dfuse Technologies, Mr. Tao held senior growth and capture roles at leading federal contractors including TekSynap, DMI, IBM, SRA (now GDIT), STG (now part of SOSi), and Harris Corporation. At every stage of his career, Mr. Tao has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to ethical leadership, collaboration, and delivering meaningful outcomes for both his teams and federal customers.
Mr. Tao earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from George Mason University and holds both ITIL and Scrum certifications. In his free time, Mr. Tao enjoys spending time with his family and is an active volunteer in his community where he coaches and manages youth swim programs.
Mr. Strasser has held senior management and executive positions over the last 31 years during a distinguished 44-year career in Science, Engineering, Information Technology and Management Consulting, supporting mostly the US Federal Government.
Mr. Strasser currently leads a strategic consulting firm called Govcon Growth Advisors, LLC (GGA), supports the Transitional Businesses sub-sector at Deep Water Point and Associates (DWPA), and is an operating partner at Attain Capital Partners (ACAP).
Before founding GGA, Mr. Strasser was the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Brillient Corporation. He joined Brillient as President in 2019 after leading Data Systems Analysts’ (DSA’s) Information Management Solutions Group as Executive Vice President. At DSA, he also served as President and CEO of Project Performance Company, LLC (PPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of DSA, following the acquisition of PPC by DSA in 2017. As President and CEO of PPC from 2014, Mr. Strasser, working with FedCap Partners, led the sale of PPC to DSA.
Before joining PPC, Mr. Strasser was the Senior Vice President at Engility Corporation (NYSE: EGL) following the acquisition of Dynamics Research Corporation (NASDAQ: DRCO) in January 2014. As SVP at DRC, he initially led Corporate Strategic Development and later transitioned into operations focused on cyber security, science and technology, healthcare, financial regulatory reform, homeland security and ISR and was instrumental in the sale to Engility.
His prior 28 years in technical and senior management positions included being the Chief Operating Officer at Pragmatics (2004-2010), VP for Titan Corporation and legacy companies (1994-2004), and software and systems engineer at various companies including Lockheed Missiles and Space where he was a Satellite Operations Engineer for many on-orbit vehicles.
Mr. Strasser has been active with several industry associations. He currently serves on the board of Directors for the Growth Officers Association – Taking Sales Seriously (GOA-TSS). Before that, he served on the ACT-IAC Executive Committee over a seven-year period, leading the Industry Advisory Council (IAC) as Chairman in 2019-2020.
In 2013 and 2020, Mr. Strasser was honored to receive a Federal 100 Award for work in Information Sharing supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and for his work supporting government-wide initiatives at ACT-IAC, respectively. In 2023, Mr. Strasser received the ACT-IAC Industry Executive Leadership Award.
