Job Summary:
The Program Manager will provide comprehensive Program Management support to ensure effective planning, coordination, monitoring, and control of all Enterprise IT Operations services performed under this contract. Program Management encompasses governance, performance oversight, communications, quality assurance, risk management, and strategic alignment with Government priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single point of contact responsible for overall contract execution, performance, and coordination with the Government.
- Managing staffing and resource allocation
- Overseeing deliverables and ensuring quality
- Ensuring compliance with contract requirements
- Maintaining the Program Management Plan
- Chairing internal governance meetings, including but not limited to ERB/CCB
- Representing the Contractor in meetings with the Government
- Serving as primary interface with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO)
- Be dedicated to contract performance
- Possess the qualifications proposed and approved at contract award

- Deployed across Washington, DC, NYC, and approved globally remote locations
